Information We Collect

• Bluetooth device information such as device name, MAC address, and firmware version when you connect to a supported charger.
• App-generated technical identifiers stored on your device, including a random mobile app ID used to prevent duplicate telemetry records.
• Charging session summary data received from the charger, such as session start time, duration, delivered energy, and average power.
• Diagnostic and usage telemetry sent to our server, such as app start events, device discovery events, and session completion events.
• When telemetry features are enabled on the device side, technical device diagnostics may also include Wi-Fi status, IP address, signal strength, serial logs, and device state snapshots.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• We do not require account registration in the app.
• We do not intentionally collect your name, postal address, payment card information, or contact list data through the app.
• The Android app does not request location permission. However, Bluetooth scanning may reveal the presence of nearby supported devices.

How We Use Information

• To establish and maintain Bluetooth communication with your EVSEPARKER device.
• To provide firmware update, telemetry, and device management features.
• To diagnose errors, monitor product reliability, and improve app and device performance.
• To maintain internal records of supported device activity and charging session summaries.

Storage and Retention

• Some data is stored locally on your device using app storage, including the generated app ID and deduplication keys for telemetry events.
• Telemetry records sent to our server may be stored in server-side log and summary files for product support, diagnostics, and analytics.
• We retain technical data only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, diagnostic, and support purposes.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share collected technical data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
• We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect operational data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should avoid sending sensitive personal information through device names, logs, or custom telemetry fields.

Current telemetry endpoints may operate over standard HTTP on the configured server. If you require stronger transport security, deploy the service behind HTTPS before publishing at scale.

Your Choices

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can clear app storage from your device settings to remove locally stored identifiers and cached telemetry keys.
• You can manage Bluetooth permissions through your device settings.
